Collaborative Messaging Powers UA HR’s Fall Achievements

Interim CHRO Nickole Conley’s communication strategy during HR’s peak processing period for R18 and R19 proved highly effective and concluded last week.  The approach involved coordinated efforts across the University of Alaska system, beginning with outreach from HR Business Partners to Deans and Directors at the campus level. This was followed by system-wide messaging from the CHRO to all Ä¢¹½tv³ÉÄê°æ supervisors, and HR Customer Service engaged HR Coordinators (HRCs) to ensure transparency throughout the process.

The strategy received positive feedback, particularly for its clarity and improvements to the overall process. Nickole Conley extends her appreciation to employees, supervisors, HRCs, and HR team members for their dedication and hard work. UA HR is grateful for the timely submission of materials, swift resolution of issues, and the collective effort to ensure all employees were paid accurately and on time. UA HR remains committed to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
